Throttle Trails is a platform that connects adventure riders with curated motorcycle tours worldwide. We work with trusted operators to provide unique, handpicked tours designed for riders of all levels.
We focus exclusively on motorcycle tours. Every operator is selected by Throttle Trails against clear criteria, and you can send a free request without paying anything first. The operator runs the tour and is responsible for it.
Throttle Trails tours are designed for adventure seekers of all skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or a beginner looking for your first adventure, there’s a tour for you.
Browse tours by destination, bike type or duration and send a free request for the tour you like. The operator checks availability and the price. If they agree, you receive a link to pay your first payment. Your booking is confirmed when we have received it, and after that you get the operator’s contact details to arrange the practical details.
You pay your first payment to Throttle Trails online through our payment provider Stripe, by card or wallet. You pay the remaining balance directly to the operator, on the terms the operator gives you.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and the tour has not started, we refund your first payment in full. For the remaining balance the cancellation terms of the operator apply. See our terms and conditions.
Many operators offer customization options, including private tours or modifications to itineraries. Contact the operator directly after booking to discuss your preferences.

We only list tours from independent local operators that meet our selection criteria. Before an operator is added, we review its guest reviews on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor (we look for an average of at least 4 out of 5 stars across a good number of reviews), how long it has been operating, and the quality of its website and communication. For each tour we check the motorcycles and their maintenance, safety and support, whether the price and inclusions are clear, and whether the route and accommodation are realistic. Throttle Trails does not run the tours: the operator organises and operates them.
Yes, we’re always looking for trusted operators to join our platform. If you know one, please let us know via our contact form.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and the tour has not started, we refund your first payment in full. If the operator cancels or cannot deliver, we always refund it in full. The remaining balance follows the operator’s cancellation terms. See our terms and conditions.
Contact the operator as early as possible. If a change affects the price, the operator sends a suggestion that you can accept or decline. Nothing changes until you accept.
