Day 1 – Ulaanbaatar to Elsen Tasarkhai Sand Dunes (350 km)
  • Ride out of the city, hitting the open Mongolian steppe

  • Cross remote terrain to Elsen Tasarkhai, an isolated sand dune system

  • Camp under the stars, next to a bonfire BBQ

Day 2 – Sand Dunes to Uurtiin Tokhoi (160 km)
  • Morning sand riding session in the dunes

  • Ride through Kharkhorin, the ancient capital of the Mongol Empire

  • Visit Erdene Zuu Monastery, Mongolia’s earliest Buddhist monastery

  • Arrive at a Ger camp next to the Orkhon Canyon, with fly fishing opportunities
