Ride Namibia the way it’s meant to be ridden.
This 8-day off-road motorcycle tour is a pure enduro-style adventure across the Skeleton Coast, Damaraland, and Erongo Mountains, designed for riders who want to leave comfort behind and chase real terrain.
Expect deep sand, endless gravel, coastal tracks, and remote desert riding. From Dakar-style dunes near Walvis Bay to the foggy Atlantic coastline and the raw isolation of Damaraland, every day is built around riding.
This is not a sightseeing tour.
This is focused, technical, and raw adventure riding in one of the most untouched regions on earth.
Arrive at Walvis Bay International Airport and transfer to Pelican Bay Hotel.
Take time to recover from travel, meet the group, and prepare for the ride ahead. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a walk along the lagoon, where flamingos gather in the shallow waters, or relax with a drink overlooking the Atlantic.
Overnight: Pelican Bay Hotel
The ride begins immediately with real sand riding in the coastal dunes — a playground often used by Dakar rally drivers.
From the dunes, transition into the surreal Moon Landscape, where eroded ridges and valleys create an almost otherworldly setting. Pass ancient Welwitschia plants, some hundreds of years old, before reaching the green contrast of Goanikontes Oasis.
Overnight: Goanikontes Oasis Lodge
Leave the oasis behind and head inland across wide gravel plains toward the Erongo Mountains.
The terrain gradually shifts into rocky tracks and winding routes between massive granite formations. The area offers opportunities for short walks and panoramic viewpoints, with changing light bringing out the colors of the rock formations.
Overnight: Erongo Rocks Campsite
Start the day with a Bushman village visit, gaining insight into traditional tracking techniques, survival skills, and cultural storytelling.
Continue riding toward Omaruru, where the landscape opens up into wildlife territory. In the afternoon, enjoy time at the lodge’s waterhole or join a guided game drive, with chances to spot rhinos, giraffes, and other plains animals.
Overnight: Omaruru Game Lodge
Ride north into the remote expanse of Damaraland, one of Namibia’s most untouched regions.
Pass near the vast Messum Crater, a collapsed volcanic basin surrounded by desert silence and scattered Welwitschia plants. Continue into the Ugab River valley, with Brandberg Mountain rising dramatically above the landscape.
Overnight: White Lady Lodge (Brandberg)
Turn west toward the Atlantic, riding through remote terrain until the desert meets the ocean.
Arrive at Cape Cross, home to one of the largest Cape fur seal colonies in the world. Walk along the boardwalks among thousands of seals and take in the raw energy of the Skeleton Coast.
Overnight: Cape Cross Lodge
Follow the iconic coastal salt road, riding between dunes and the Atlantic Ocean.
Pass the haunting Zeila shipwreck, a rusted relic stranded along the coastline. Continue via Swakopmund, where you’ll stop for lunch before completing the final stretch back to Walvis Bay.
Return the bikes and close the journey with a final evening together.
Overnight: Pelican Bay Hotel
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for departure.
Leave Namibia with the dust still on your gear and a full set of unforgettable off-road memories.
