• We do not handle payments for the tours. All payments are processed directly with the operators.

2. Booking Process

• Throttle Trails does not handle any financial transactions. All payments are made directly to the operator, as specified in their own payment processing system.

2.3 Booking Responsibility:

• The contract for the tour is established directly between the user and the operator.
• Throttle Trails is not part of the contract and cannot be held responsible for disputes between users and operators.

3. Operator Responsibility

3.1 Tour Execution:

• Throttle Trails is not involved in the operational execution of the tours. The operator is fully responsible for the tour’s content, quality, execution, and adherence to local regulations.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds:

• Each tour operator has its own cancellation, refund, and modification policies. You should review these policies before confirming your booking.
• Throttle Trails is not liable for cancellations, delays, or any disputes related to the tour.

3.3 Liability:

• Throttle Trails is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries that occur during a tour. Users must directly address any concerns or complaints regarding the tour with the operator.

4. User Responsibility

As a user of Throttle Trails, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process.
• Adhere to the operator’s terms, conditions, and safety protocols during the tour.
• Ensure that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the selected tour.
• Take responsibility for your own safety and personal property during the tour.

5. Insurance and Health
