Day 1 – Kalpitiya

Ride north to Kalpitiya on Sri Lanka’s northwest coast.

Kalpitiya is known for dolphin and whale watching (November–March), kitesurfing and windsurfing (May–October), and lagoon boat safaris through mangroves filled with crocodiles and migratory birds. Visit the Dutch Fort ruins, Kudawa Island sandbars, or explore the Bar Reef Marine Sanctuary.

Overnight stay in Kalpitiya.


Day 2 – Mannar

Continue to Mannar, Sri Lanka’s windswept northwestern peninsula.

Highlights include Adam’s Bridge sandbar near Talaimannar, the 700-year-old Baobab Tree, Mannar Fort, Talaimannar Lighthouse, Arippu dunes, Vankalai Sanctuary, wild donkeys on the salt flats, and Madhu Church.
